For the iQOO Z9S Pro, this phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 4nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 720 GPU with the cores of 1×2.63GHz, 3×2.4GHz, and 4×1.8GHZ configuration. The iQOO Z9S and iQOO Z9S Pro has 8GB/12GB of LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB/256GB of UFS2.2 storage. These phones come with Android 14 with FuntouchOS 14 out of the box. These two phones have Dual SIM nano plus nano SIM and 5500mAh of battery with 44W charging in Z9s and 80W charging in Z9s Pro.

The iQOO Z9S and Z9S Pro has the same main camera sensory of 50MP with Sony IMX 882 sensor, OIS with f/1.79 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide camera for iQOO Z9S Pro with f/2.2 aperture, and 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture for the Z9S with the presence of Aura light. The iQOO Z9S and Z9S Pro has the same 16MP front camera with f/2.45 aperture.

From the connectivity point, iQOO has an ample amount of 5G band with SA/NSA which is 8 with Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 with 2.4GHz plus 5GHz, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB Type-C.
