Thanks to Onleaks and Androidhealine mentioned that the Samsung S25 Ultra will come with the dimensions of 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm with the help of minimalistic bezels and also they said the weight of the smartphone will be decreased to the previous generation which is 219g.
As previously said the Samsung S25 Ultra will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Samsung which will be made specifically for Samsung and this phone may come with a 5000mAh battery with 48W wired charging.

As per the leaks, Samsung S25 Ultra will have 50MP ISOCELL JN3 sensor for the ultrawide, a 200MP H2 primary camera, and a 10MP IMX754 sensor for the 3X telephoto camera, 50MP IMX584 5X telephoto sensor. The introduction 50MP ultrawide sensor makes me eager as this is an upgraded one.
